Mailroom has been designed from the ground up to make managing your e-mail from your website easy, so you can focus on your business. Mailroom, unlike regular e-mail, is designed for your entire team to use. You can easily reassign emails to others in your team, or let Mailroom do it for you advanced Auto-Assignment intelligence. With one click you can leave notes for other team members who may follow up with the e-mail. E-mail based notifications and RSS feeds will keep every team member on the same page and let even the most stealthy team members know when to assist with email.
When you want to reply to your customer’s emails, Mailroom has plenty of tools to help you there as well. Easily save your most common replies and choose them from the Suggested Replies menu. Mailroom goes even further to suggest a starting reply that seems most relevant, based upon your past replies. Use saved replies to save yourself time typing or to make sure that everyone on your team has a good collection of consistent and accurate replies to use when answering emails.
Choosing the best response is not always easy when you don’t know who you are talking to so Mailroom includes a unique “More About” panel. Mailroom gives you a summary of each e-mail address involved in the e-mail message, including one-click access to all previous e-mails with that person.
